摘要
系统论述了双低油菜籽高效加工利用与多层次增值技术即双低油菜籽优质蛋白、油脂制取、油脂和蛋白的精深加工、双低菜籽饼粕的饲用及综合利用等 ,以期为双低油菜籽优质高效产业化 ,特别是双低油菜籽的优质优用提供了可行的技术支撑 ,双低油菜籽高效增值潜力巨大。
This article discussed the high profit way of processing and multiple value-added techniques of canola which includes producing of high quality protein and oil, deep processing of the oil and protein, feeding and comprehensive utility of meal etc. The feasible techniques for the high profit industrialization of canola is provided. The potential of processing canola is promising.
