用价值工程的基本原理,选择地下采矿方法,进行多方案、多目标决策。通过计算和专家评分,把一些定性问题定量化。求各方案的功能系数和成本系数,找出各方案的价值,将多目标化为统一的数据进行比较,能够准确地选出最优方案。

This article uses the cardinal principle of value engineering to make a multiplan and multi-objective decision, in order to select an underground mining method. For the sake of finding the value of variant plans, any qualitative problem is quantified through comput and giving mark by specialist to find out functional coefficient and cost coefficient of variant plans, so that the variant objectives are shown in data, from which the variant plans can be compared from each other and the optimal program is selected correctly.
