私人产品的性质是由人们追求个人利益的动机所决定的 ,公共产品也是人们追求个人利益的产物 ,公共产品的生产供应 ,要使个人利益最大化 ,实现经济、社会、环境的可持续发展。

The quality of the private goods is decided by the inherent nature of personal egoism. Public goods is the result that people seek personal benefit. Quasi Public goods has two qualities: it can bring benefits to oneself and others. The production and supplying of the public goods and quasi public goods has the same aim which should make personal benefits maximum and bring about sustainable development in economy, society and environment.
