Human concern and social development

当前我们所要建立的社会主义市场经济体制 ,不仅有一个同社会主义制度相结合的问题 ,而且还存在一个同现实的人的结合的问题 ,它内含着一套有关现代“人文关怀”的设计问题。因为离开了“人文关怀”则势必使社会主义市场经济体制建设发生扭曲 ,建立不起来 ,甚至兴而复衰 ,这就提示我们必须根据目前社会主义市场经济的要求 ,营造良好的“人文关怀”

At present,the socialist market economy that we will establish has not only a problem of combining with socialist system,but also with present human beings.It contains a set of design problems relevant to 'humane concern'.Without 'humane concern',the construction of socialist market economy will be twisted,even rapidly fall after its rise.This warns us that we must construct a good 'humane concern' atmosphere with regard to the demands of the socialist market economy at the moment.
