摘要
学分制的实施对高校德育工作提出了挑战。从教育观念、价值观念、班级管理模式等方面进行了分析。为了适应学分制的特点 ,从转变教育观念、拓宽德育工作空间、重视校园文化、发挥德育主渠道、发挥网络和报刊的德育功能、实施“全员育人”、指导和管理社团活动七个方面论述了加强高校德育工作的对策。
The practice of the academic credit system challenged the moral education in college. In our paper we analyze the effect in education concept, value concept and class manage pattern. To adapt to the traits of the academic credit system, we discuss the countermesures of strengthening the moral education in college from seven points:change education concept, widen moral education interspace, attach importance to college culture, bring themoral education into important play , carry forward the moral educational function of interned and the press,carry 'all-direct education' into execution, and supervise and manage the activity of associations.Our paper provids some useful things to the moral education workers.
