Looking Into the Cultural and Educational Needs of Minorities in Xinjiang Pastoral Area

新疆牧区文化教育事业的发展 ,定居、迁移工程的实施以及基础设施建设的加强 ,促进牧区少数民族文化需求向多元化方向发展。目前新疆牧区少数民族文化需求不仅表现于对传统文化的需求 ,对科技文化、商业文化、企业文化、消费文化等现代文化需求也占有越来越重要的位置。满足牧区少数民族文化需求必须进一步加强牧区的文化建设 ,发展牧区特色教育 。

The following measures promote the cultural needs of ethnic minorities in pastoral area to develop along the multi\|directions:the development of cultural and educational facilities in pastoral area of Xinjiang; the implementation of settlement and move project; the strengthening of basic institution construction.At present,the needs not only come from the traditional culture,the needs for modern culture,such as sci\|tech,business,enterprise and spend culture and so on,are taking more and more important.In order to satisfy the cultural needs of ethnic minorities in pastoral area,we must furtherstrengthen the cultural construction,and develop characteristic education of pastoral area,and positively carry out the pastoral activities related with the culture.
