摘要
将社会科学的唯物辩证法和自然科学的河道开发相结合 ,对河道中广泛存在的辩证法原理进行了剖析 ,并将其用于河道开发的构思中 。
This paper combines materialist dialectics of social science with river development of natural science.Theory of dialectics that abroad exists in river has been anatomized and has been used to develop river.A series of contents and philosophy conception for river development has been given in this paper.
