摘要
针对企业管理工作的特点 ,应用赫茨伯格的双因素激励理论 ,对激发企业工作人员的工作积极性、提高工作绩效进行了探讨 。
According to the features of business management,Herzberg's two-factor theory of encouragement can stimulate the business personel's working zest and working efficiency.Some suggestions are pointed out.
