针对我国现阶段是否应将保护私有财产写入宪法 ,在马克思主义和邓小平理论的基础上 ,提出了将保护私有财产写入宪法对社会主义建设的重要意义 ,它为社会主义非公有制经济朝健康的方向发展 ,不断完善我国的法律制度 ,加快社会主义现代化建设进程 ,提供了理论依据。

Under the circumstance of whether putting private property protection into the constitution and based on Marxism and DENG Xiao-ping's theory,the significance of putting private property protection to socialist construction is pointed out,which provides theoretic basis for the healthy development of non state-owned socialist economy,the perfection of our legal system and the socialist construction of modernization.
