对高职院校实行学分制的探讨

Exploration of Practising the Credit Systems in Advanced Vocational Technical Institutes

随着高等职业教育的迅速发展 ,高职院校的办学规模急剧扩大 ,学生的个体差异也逐渐变大 ,传统的教学管理制度已愈来愈不适应这种变化 ,必须进一步深化教育教学改革 ,寻找一种更为有效的教学管理制度。而在高职院校实行学分制 ,正是对这种教学管理制度的一种探索。据此 ,阐述了学分制的特点和理论依据。

With the rapid development of the advanced vocational technical education and the sharp expanding in its scale,the individual difference among students is gradually enlarged so that the traditional teaching systems cannot accommodate the changes in the education any longer.Therefore,a more efficient teaching system is needed.It may be a good way that the credit systems are adopted in the advanced vocational technical institutes.The characters,theoretic basis of the credit system,the background and the practical ways of the adoption are fully explained.
