电子文献是网络时代高校图书馆最重要、最基础的文献资源 ,电子文献资源建设应遵循长远规划、量力而行、合理配置、注重特色的原则 ,采取购进文献和购买服务、引进和自建、独建和联合采购相结合的建设方式 。

E-document is the most important and fundamental resource under the era of internet.Some principles are proposed for the academic library to follow in the building of its e-document resource development.Some of the principles are long-term planning,rational collocation,proceeding from its actual capability,and giving priority to its own characteristics.Also presented in the paper is the tentative building mode characterized by an integral combination of purchasement of both the document and the on line service,buying ready resources with self-development,individual buying with joint purchasement and the like.Due emphasis should be paid to the marketing research as well.
