摘要
目的 探讨大鼠肠缺血再灌流致肺损伤与氧自由基的关系。方法 成年雄性SD大鼠 ,随机分为假手术、肠缺血 2h、肠缺血 2h再灌流 1h三组 ,分别测各组肺毛细血管通透性及血浆和肺组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量、过氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 肠缺血再灌流组各指标均显著不同于缺血组及假手术组 ,MDA与肺毛细血管通透性呈正相关关系。结论 肠缺血再灌流时机体MDA含量增加 ,SOD活力减弱。
Objective To investigate the relationship between oxygen free radicals and lung injury from intestinal ischemia reperfusion and oxygen free radicals in rats.Methods 24 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups ( n =8),such as sham operation,intestinal ischemia,and intestinal ischemia reperfusion (IIR).The pulmonary microvascular permeability and the levels of malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) of the plasma and lung tissue of each group were measured.Results Comparing with the other two groups,the level of oxygen free radicals and microvascular permeability in the lung tissue of IIR group were increased significantly.MDA correlated with pulmonary microvascular permeability of the IIR group.Conclusion The level of oxygen free radicals increased significantly in IIR rats,and it may be involved in the pathogenesis of lung injury caused by intestinal ischemia reperfusion in rats.
