云南元谋初中生非智力个性心理特征调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and Analysis of Individual Non-intelligence Psychological Characteristics of Students in Junior Middle School of Yuanmou County,Yunnan Province

摘要 目的 探讨非智力个性心理特征在特定人群中的发展水平及影响学习效果的主要非智力因素 ,为学生的教育、培养及转化提供依据 ,为从“应试教育”向“素质教育”转型探索方向。方法 采用非智力个性心理特征量表对云南省元谋一中初二年级 2 6 3名同学进行全面调查 ,所得数据进行统计学分析。结果 男生在“独立性”和“好胜心”方面比女生要强 ,乡镇同学比县城同学的“抱负”和“坚持性”有明显提高 ,“抱负”与“好胜心”在优等生、中等生及后进生对比中具有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 “抱负”与“好胜心”是影响学习效果的主要非智力因素 ,“坚持性”及“自我意识”有助于学习活动的效能。培养和发展学生的这些非智力因素 。 Objective To investigate the development and speciality of individual non intelligence characteristics in students of a special group and to try to find out non intelligence factors that affect study result in order to provide grounds for students′ education, train and transform.And also to explore trends that transit from examination oriented education to quality oriented education.Methods Non intelligence individual psychological characteristics table was used to investigate 263 students of second junior grade in First High School of Yuanmou County.Data were analyzed by statistical method.Results Male students were more 'independent' and 'emulative' than female.Students in country were more 'ambitious' and 'persistive' than students in county.Individual non intelligence psychological characteristics in students of Han nationality had no statistic difference with that of the minority( P >0.05).There′s statistic difference among whiz kid,moderate kid and dunce kid at 'ambitious' and 'emulative ' facets( P <0.05).Conclusion 'Ambitious' and 'emulative' facets are the main non intelligence factors that affect study.'Persistive' facet and 'self awareness' will be helpful to study.Comprehensive abilities will be improved if students are trained and developed through these non-intelligence facets.
