缬沙坦对高血压病患者左室收缩与舒张功能的影响

Effects of Valsartan on Left Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic Function in Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的 观察缬沙坦的降压效果及其对高血压病患者左室功能的影响。方法 对 89例初诊轻、中度高血压病患者进行 4周的缬沙坦治疗 ,应用超声心动图观察左室收缩及舒张功能的变化。选择 3 6例不用药物治疗的高血压病患者作为对照。结果 缬沙坦治疗 4周后 ,用药组诊室收缩压和舒张压明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而心房收缩期血流的峰值流速及流速积分明显加大 (P =0 .0 0 1及 <0 .0 5 ) ,E/A比值增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组仍无明显变化。结论 缬沙坦在有效降压的同时能够明显改善高血压病患者的左室舒张功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Valsartan on left ventricular function and its anti hypertensive efficacy. Methods Echocardiography was performed in 89 patients with essential hypertension who were treated with Valsartan before and after 4 weeks' treatment. Thirty six patients with essential hypertension but no treatment with Valsartan were the control group. Results After 4 weeks treatment with Valsartan, the clinical systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased obviously ( P <0.05), peak flow velocity and time velocity integral of atrial contraction increased ( P =0.001 and <0.05), and E/A ratio significantly increased ( P < 0.01 ). There were no changes in the control group. Conclusion Valsartan could effectively decrease blood pressure and improve left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension.
