超声心动图与核素心室显像测定心力衰竭患者左心功能的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价超声心动图 (UCG)与平衡法放射性核素心室显像 (ERVI)测定心力衰竭病人左心功能的应用价值。方法 以UCG测量 2 9例心力衰竭病人左室内径 (LVDd) ,并将其分为两组 ,A组 :左室轻度扩大 ,LVDd≤ 60mm ;B组 :左室重度扩大 ,LVDd >60mm。用UCG与核素心室显像测 2 9例心力衰竭病人及 15例正常对照组的左室射血分数 (LVEF)。结果 正常对照组两种检测方法LVEF有相关性 (r =0 .79,P <0 .0 5 )。A组两种检测方法LVEF有相关性 (r =0 .66,P <0 .0 5 )。B组两种检测方法LVEF无相关性 (r =0 .42 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 左室内径正常或轻度扩大者可选用超声心动图检测左心功能。左室内径重度扩大的心力衰竭患者宜采用核素心室显像测定左心功能 ,以获得准确数据。 Purpose To compare UCG with ERVI in measurement of left ventricular function in heart failure patients. Methods Twenty nine heart failure patients were measured for left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDd) and were divided into group A (LVDd≤60mm) and group B (LVDd>60mm). Twenty nine heart failure patients and 15 controls were studied in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) by using UCG and ERVI. Results The study showed that there was significant relation between UCG LVEF and ERVI LVEF in control group ( r =0.79, P <0.05), and significant relation in group A ( r =0.66, P <0.05), while UCG LVEF was not correlated with ERVI LVEF in group B ( r =0.42, P >0.05). Conclusion The measurement of left ventricular function by UCG was reliable in the normal and heart failure patients with mild left ventricular enlargement, but was not reliable in patients with severe left ventricular enlargement.
