摘要
为评价脊椎治疗方治疗急性脊髓损伤的疗效 ,探讨其对组织中NO与ET含量的影响 ,分析其作用机制 ,取 4 1只SD大鼠 ,随机分为空白组、损伤组、中药组三组 ,造模采用改良的Allen’s重物打击法 ,致伤能量为 5 0达因。动态观察大鼠脊髓神经功能恢复及组织中NO与ET的含量变化情况。结果显示中药可促进脊髓神经功能的恢复 ;在急性脊髓损伤早期 (2 4小时内 )可明显降低组织中NO的含量 ;中药能明显抑制脊髓损伤后组织中ET含量的升高 ,且随着用药时间的延长 ,其作用逐渐加强。认为中药可以通过调节脊髓损伤后组织中NO与ET的含量变化 ,减轻继发性损伤过程 ,促进神经功能的恢复。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of 'Jizhui Zhiliao Fang' treating acute spinal cord injury, observe its influence on ET and NO in spinal cord, and discuss the function mechanism of TCM. Methods: Forty-one SD rats were divided into three groups randomly: blank group, trauma group and TCM treatment group. The modified Allen's weigh dropping method was adopted to make the models of SCI. The energy of the injury was 50g·cm. The functional recovery of spinal cord and the change of ET and No were observed dynamically. Results: The functional recovery of spinal cord was promoted and the content of NO in the tissue was decreased in TCM treatment group. The increasing of ET content in the tissue was inhibited, which was strengthened with medicine administration time. Conclusion: 'Jizhui Zhiliao Fang' could adjust the content of ET and NO of spinal cord, decrease the progressive nerosis and promote the functional recovery of spinal cord.
