胶原酶不同注射方法治疗突出型腰椎间盘突出症疗效比较

THE TREATMENT OF PROMINENT LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISK HERNIA BY DIFFERENT INJECTIONS OF COLLAGE ENZYME: A Therapeutic-effect Comparison

为分析比较盘内、盘外和盘内外注射胶原酶治疗突出型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。随机将 10 3例患者依胶原酶注射给药方法分为盘内法组 (36例 )、盘外法组 (2 8例 )和盘内外法组 (39例 )三组 ,术后通过门诊复查、信函和电话随访。结果全部患者近期总优良率 6 8.93% ,总有效率 93.2 0 % ;远期总优良率 73.79% ,总有效率 84 .4 7% ,三组间近、远期疗效比较 ,均无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。认为盘内、盘外和盘内外法三种胶原酶注射法均是临床治疗突出型腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

The purpose of the paper is to analyze and compare the clinical therapeutic effects of the intra-disk, extra-disk, and intra- and extra-disk injections of collagen enzyme on prominent lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH). One hundred and three cases were randomly divided into three groups: Group One (36 cases), Group Two (28 cases) and Group Three (39 cases), which were treated by intra-disk, extra-disk, and intra- and extra-disk methods, respectively. All the cases were postoperatively followed up by out-patient reexaminations, letters, and telephone calls. The results showed that the short-term total excellent-good and total effective rates of all the cases were 68.93 % and 93.20 %, respectively, and the long-term ones were 73.49 % and 84.47 %, respectively. The comparison of the short-term and long-term therapeutic effects of the three groups showed no significant differences (P > 0.05). It was believed that all of the three methods for the injection of collagen enzyme are the effective methods for the clinical treatment of prominent LIDH.
