摘要 目的 :为研究心脏移植后冠状血管病提供良好的实验模型。  方法 :Lewis大鼠心脏移植于F344大鼠腹腔 ,取移植心脏行病理学检查 ,半定量方法统计冠状动脉内膜增生程度。  结果 :存活 4周以上的移植心脏 ,冠状动脉内膜增生明显 ,管腔面积减少 ( 54± 2 1 ) % ,受体自身心脏冠状动脉正常 ,两者比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。  结论 :选择合适大鼠种属 ,可复制出移植后冠状血管病模型 ,用于研究移植后冠状血管病的发病机制和预防。 Objective:To establish an experimental model for the study of cardiac allograft vasculopathy after heterotopic heart transplantations. Methods:Twenty heterotopic heart transplantations were performed.Lewis rats served as donors and F344 rats as recipients.All grafts were collected and examined histologically.The intimal lesions of coronary vessels were observed. Results:Seventeen allografts survived more than 4 weeks.Myointimal hyperplasia and the luminal decrement of coronary arteries were signifisant(p<0 05). Conclusion:Allografts surviving more than 4 weeks present typical cardiac allograft vasculopathy.This model may be useful for future studies regarding the pathogenesis and therapy of cardiac allograft vasculopathy.
