摘要
小型月牙藻、普通小球藻、斜生栅藻在高磷浓度下的去除磷的能力小于其在较低磷浓度下的除磷能力,而沙角衣藻在不同磷浓度下的除磷的效果则与其它3种藻相反;而从去除磷率来看,其能力大小依次为:沙角衣藻、斜生栅藻、小型月牙藻和普通小球藻.藻类去除磷能力的大小是由单个细胞除磷量和藻体生物量共同决定的.
The ability of Chlamydomonas sajao lewin,Chlorella vulgaris, Selenastrum minutum and Scenedesmus obliquus to remove phosphorus(P) was studied in environment with different rang of P concentration. Results showed Chlorella vulgaris, Selenastrum minutum and Scenedesmus obliquus have higher ability in higher P concentration.But Chlamydomonas sajao lewin is contrary to them. According to the removal rate of P, the order of the removal ability is Chlamydomonas sajao lewin,Scenedesmus obliquus,Selenastrum minutum and Chlorella vulgaris. Deeply study indicated the alge's ability to remove P is decided by two factorsthe quantity of remove P a cell and the mass of alge.
