摘要
根据汽车飞轮电池用复合材料飞轮的实际结构 ,考虑了非均布力和轮辐预紧力的影响 ,用三维有限元对纤维缠绕复合材料飞轮进行了强度分析 ,得到了飞轮轮缘的应力分布等值线图 ,指出了应力集中发生的区域和大小 。
The real structure and the irregular distributed load of the composite flywheel for car's energy storage battery are taken into account. Through the strength analysis of circumferentially wound rim-flywheel by 3D FEM, the contour graphs of stress distribution of the model are obtained, the area with critical stress is pointed out and the maximum stress is given. The results offer a theory foundation for the composite flywheel's structure design and the spin test.
