摘要
对含锆的氨合成熔铁型催化剂的还原行为进行了研究 .以程序升温还原等方法考察了不同锆含量对催化剂还原速度、起始还原温度的影响 .用不同的还原动力学模型处理实验结果 。
By using TPR and MBS,the reduction behavior of fused iron catalyst containing Zr is investigated. The influence of Zr content to reduction rate and original reduction temperature is obtained. For both kinetic model of reduction(contracting sphere model and solid reticulation model), the catalysts can be suited to them at different temperature range as different Zr content.
