摘要
利用紫外杀菌灯(λ=254nm)作为光源,研究了水溶液中17β-雌二醇(E2)光降解反应中影响降解速率的相关因素.实验结果表明:在E2浓度为3.0~20mg/L范围内,初始浓度越小,降解速率越快;降解反应是准一级反应;pH值和Fe3+对降解存在明显的影响.对其降解产物IR分析表明,E2分子结构中的苯环被破坏,其机理有待进一步探讨.
The photodegradation of 17βethynylestradiol (E2) in UV disinfection lamp irradiating were investigated. The results showed, over the range of 3.0~20 mg/L, the smaller initial concentration of E2, the faster of the speed of the photodegradation, the degradation of E2 in aqueous solution were pseudofirst order reaction. The pH values and ferric ions had apparent influences on the process. To analyze the infrared spectra of the photodegradated product induced that benzene ring of molecule structure was broken, the mechanism in ditial need to be carried out.
