Synthesis of Vanadium Nitride Nanopowder

摘要 研究了氧钒 (Ⅳ )碱式碳酸铵在NH3气氛下的热分解过程 ,并以其为前驱体制备了粒度约为 30nm的氮化钒粉体。 TG, DTA and ammonolysis of (NH 4) 5[(VO) 6(CO 3) 4(OH) 9]·10H 2O were studied in NH 3 atmosphere. \{Vanadium\} nitride powder with 30 nm size was prepared at 850 ℃ for 12 h. The lattice parameter of the product is a =0 413 8(1) nm.
