摘要 用循环伏安法研究了Cu (Ⅱ )_胺配合物的电还原性质 ,实验结果表明 :铜胺配合物可以键合O2 ,并催化O2 的还原。Cu (Ⅱ )也能与 1 1 _联_2_萘酚配合 ,但是配合物不能键合O2 ,不能催化O2 的还原。所以铜胺配合物键合并活化了O2 ,具有模拟酶的特征。 The electric behaviors of copper(Ⅱ)_amine complexes were studied by cyclicvoltammetry,the results showed that copper(Ⅱ)_amine complexes could bond O 2 and catalyzed its reduction. It was also found that copper(Ⅱ) could complex with 1,1_bi_2_naphthol,but the complex had neither bonding nor catalyzing. Therefore,it can be concluded that copper(Ⅱ)_amine complexes bond and activate O 2,and has characteristic of model enzyme.
