摘要
利用扫描电镜观察了蟋蟀总科棺头蟋属Loxoblemmus、油葫芦属Teleogryllus、双针蟋属Dianemobius三属九种雄性声锉的超微形态结构.结果表明,蟋蟀声锉超微形态结构在种间乃至属间具有明显差异,而在种内个体间差异很小.据此认为,声锉超微形态结构在蟋蟀总科分类中是一项非常有用的鉴定特征.同时总结了三属的声锉属征,并以此列出了研究种类的检索表.
Describes the morphology and ultrastructures of the stridulatory file of nine species of crickets,representing three genera:Loxoblemmus,Teleogryllus,Dianemobius.Through comparatively studying on them,it was found that there are obvious differences in interspecies,but not obvious differences in intraspecies.The results reveal that the morphology and ultrastructures of file teeth are very useful taxonomic characters.
