摘要
为了解决数字减灾系统中城市建筑物建模问题,在对已有建筑物建模方法进行研究的基础上,提出了一种基于现有城市电子地图的海量建筑物建模方法。其要点是:用矩形和多边形平面表示建筑物的各个立面和顶面;相邻面之间有极窄的缝隙;模型具有默认的彩色贴图;用"平均坐标命名法"命名模型文件等。该方法只需1人年即可建立一个100万人的中等城市的所有建筑物三维模型,在汕头市防灾减灾系统中得到了应用。
A modeling method based on current available electronic maps of urban building layouts was developed for use in a digital disaster mitigation system. Every building elevation was described using rectangular or polygonal plane, with a narrow gap between elevations. The floor numbers were indicated by a systematic color scheme. A threedimensional model for all the buildings in Shantou, Guangdong Province of China, with a population of over one million was developed using this method in less than one person year. The model has been used to develop a disaster prevention and mitigation system for Shantou city.
