摘要
从独立董事制度的引入背景入手,分析该制度的实施现状,并就其中的核心问题进行剖析,提出相应的对策。
This article has introduced the reasons why the independent-director system is led into our country, analyzed the present situation of this system, pointed out its core problems and proposed the corresponding measures.
