The Framework of the Leaders's Legal Level

在依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的今天,提高领导干部法律素质已成为我们面临的一项重要课题和紧迫任务。领导干部法律素质的内涵十分丰富,从其基本的构成而言,有五个方面,即丰富的法律知识、正确的法治观念、良好的法律道德、健康的法律心理、较强的法治能力。

The legal level framework consists of five basic aspects the rich knowledge of law, the correct legal concept, the sensitive legal moral consciousness, the sound legal mentalism, and the higher legal ability.
