Psychology Health and Relative Factors of Working People

通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法等对在武汉市打工(非体力)的外来人员心理健康进行调查研究,说明他们存在和需要解决的心理健康问题,以期为人才合理有序流动、加快我国经济建设步伐以及为心理卫生研究提供参考依据。

Psychology health of working people in Wuhan city has been studied through questions, document and interview. The existing and need-to-be-solved problems were explicated to provide reference for the more reasonable, more ordered flow of qualified personnel, development of Chinese industry and psychology health study.
