Li Gou paid special attention to people′s practical economic benefit and cared for people′s material and economic life. He paid special attention to studying the various problems in economic field including people′s clothing, food, shelter and transportation. So in the whole system of Li Gou′s thought, his economic thought was very rich and had very important position.
