摘要 目的 合成新的香豆素磺酰脲类化合物供药理筛选。方法 通过改进的方法合成芳香异氰酸酯中间体,再与磺酰胺反应合成目标化合物。结果和结论 通过新的路线合成了18个香豆素磺酰脲类化合物(SU-22~39),所有目标化合物均未见文献报道,其结构经IR、1HNMR和HRMS鉴定。进一步的降血糖活性研究正在进行。 AIM To prepare a serious new coumarin-6-sulfonylureas. METHODS An improved process for the preparation of arylisocyanates was described. The title compounds were synthesized from coumarin- 6-sulfonamides by reaction with arylisocyanates. RESULTS and CONCLUSION A series of coumarin- 6-sulfonylureas(SU-22-39) were synthesized. Their structures are unreported and identified by IR, 1HNMR and HRMS spectra. The pharmacological study are carrying out.
