乌桕树皮中的鞣花酸衍生物

Ellagic Acid Derivatives from the Stem Bark of Sapium sebiferum

目的 对乌桕（Sapium sebiferum （L.）Roxb.）树皮的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用 95％乙醇提取,浸膏分别以石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取。乙酸乙酯萃取物经反复硅胶柱层析和重结晶进行分离、纯化。通过波谱和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到8个鞣花酸衍生物,分别为:3,3＇,4＇-三甲基鞣花酸（3,3＇,4＇-tri-O-methylellagic acid Ⅰ）,3,3＇-二甲基鞣花酸（3,3＇-di-O-methylellagic acid Ⅱ）,3,3’-二甲基鞣花酸-4’-O-α-D-阿拉伯糖苷（3,3’-di-O-methylellagic acid-4＇-O-α-D-arabinfuranosid Ⅲ）,3,3＇-二甲基鞣花酸-4’-O-β-D-木糖苷（3,3＇-di-O-methylellagic acid-4＇-O-β-D-xylopyranoside Ⅳ）,3,3’,4-三甲基鞣花酸-4＇-O-β-D-葡萄糖替（3,3＇,4-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside Ⅴ）,3-甲基鞣花酸-4’-O-β-D-木糖苷（3-O-methylellagic acid-4＇-O-β-D-xylopyranoside Ⅵ）,3,3’-二甲基鞣花酸-4＇-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（3,3＇-di-O-methylellagic acid-4＇-O-β-D-glucopyranoside Ⅶ）,鞣花酸（ellagic acid Ⅷ）。结论 化合物Ⅰ～Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

AIM To study the chemical constituents of Sapium sebiferum stem bark. METHODS The material was extracted with 95% alcohol, and the EtOAc fraction was isolated and purified by using silica gel column chromatography. RESULTS Eight ellagic acid derivatives were isolated from the stem bark of Sapium sebiferum. On the basis of the chemical properties and spectral data, the s:ructures of these compounds were identified as 3,3', 4'-trimethylellagic acid (Ⅰ) , 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid ( Ⅱ), 3, 3'- di- O- methylellagic acid-4'-O-α-D-arabinfuranoside (Ⅲ), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (Ⅳ), 3, 3', 4-tri-O-methylellagic acid4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅴ) , 3-0-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D- xylopyranoside (Ⅵ ), 3, 3'- di- O-methylellagicacid-4'-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (Ⅶ) and ellagic acid (Ⅷ) respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ were isolated from Sapium sebiferum for the first time.
