内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因894G→T多态性与原发性高血压的关系研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (eNOS)基因 894G→T多态性与原发性高血压 (EH)之间的关系。  方法 :应用多聚酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性技术对湖北地区汉族 1 0 3例EH患者 (EH组 )及 74名健康者 (正常对照组 )的eNOS外显子 894位进行基因分型 ,并采用生化技术测定其血脂水平。  结果 :①EH组T等位基因频率为 0 2 6 2及GT、TT基因型频率分别为 0 4 2 7,0 0 4 9显著高于正常对照组的 0 1 2 8和 0 2 57,有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;②在EH组中GT +TT基因型者的舒张压显著高于GG基因型者有显著性差异(P <0 0 5) ;③收缩压、舒张压、eNOS基因 894G→T基因点突变属原发性高血压的独立危险因素。  结论 :eNOS基因 894G→T多态性与中国人原发性高血压的发生相关。 Objestive:To investigate the relationship between 894 G→T polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)gene and essential hypertension(EH)in Chinese population. Methods:With polymerasechain reaction restriction fragment lenth polymorphism(PCR RFLP),eNOS genotyping was performed in 74 unrelated healthy controls and 103 essential hypertensives. Results:The frequencies of T allele(0 262)and GT,TT genotype(0 427,0 049)of eNOS gene among hypertensives were significantly higher than those(0 128 and 0 257)among controls(p<0 01).Diastolic blood pressure(DBP)for eNOS GT+TT genotype was significantly higher than that for GG genotype in EH group(p<0 05).Systolic blood pressure,DBP,894G→T mution were independent risk factors for essential hypertension. Conclusion:These results suggested that the 894G→T polymorphism of the eNOS gene was related to essential hypertension in Chinese population.
