支气管哮喘患者血清IL-10与IgE水平变化的研究 被引量:3

摘要 分别用ELISA、IRMA法对 5 0例支气管哮喘急性发作患者和 4 8名对照者血清IL - 10、IgE进行测定。结果是 :支气管哮喘患者IL - 10含量明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而IgE含量则明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,两者之间呈明显负相关 (r=- 0 .18,P <0 .0 1)。结论是 :支气管哮喘患者IL - 10不足、IgE水平增高可能成为其发病的重要原因之一。 Using ELISA and IRMA respectively detected IL-10 and IgE levels in the serum of 50 patients with acute asthma and 48 healthy persons. Results show IL-10 levels in the serum of patients with asthma is obviously lower than that of healthy persons( P <0.01), but IgE levels in them are obviously higher than that of healthy persons ( P <0.01), there is negative correlation between IL-10 and IgE( r =-0.18, P < 0.01). Suggesting that Il-10 is insufficient and IgE is high in patients with asthma may be one of important causes of asthma.
