摘要
本文报道了用XRD,TEM,电子衍射等手段表征骨架镍催化剂的结果,发现了用不同粒度镍铝合金,采用国颁标准方法制得的骨架镍对己二腈加氢活性差异的原因,镍铝合金活化后形成的畸变镍微晶或错位是骨架镍具有低温高活性的主要原因。
Raney nickel was characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope, electron diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy. Raney nickel catalysts prepared according to the National Standard Method from Ni-Al alloy with different particle sizes showed different activities for hexanedinitrile hydrogenation. It was found that the lower activity of Raney nickel prepared from the larger Ni-Al alloy particles (80mesh) was due to the formation of several mono-crystal nickels closely around one multi-crystal nickel during NaOH leaching. It was also found that the distortion or deficiency of micro-crystal of Raney nickel was the major reason for its high activity at low temperature.
