羟基喜树碱预防膀胱癌术后复发

Intravesical instillation of HCPT for the prevention of bladder cancer recurrence.

目的 观察羟基喜树碱(10-hydroxycamprothecin,HCPT)膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法 膀胱癌术后采用定期HCPT膀胱灌注法治疗膀胱癌患者86例,随访7月～11年,平均5.4年,定期复查膀胱镜。结果 9例T_a患者无复发,28例T_1患者5例复发(有效率82％),总有效率达84％。结论 HCPT膀胱灌注化疗是预防膀胱癌术后复发的有效方法之一。

Objective To evaluate efficacy of HCPT for the prevention of bladder cancer recurrence. Methods The intravesical instillation was carried out in 86 cases of bladder cancer after surgical management. All the patients were followed up for 7 to 132 months with an average of 65 montKs. cystoscopy was performed on the patierts at regular intervals. Results No recurrence was noted in all the patients of Ta tumors. Recurrence vras noted in 5 of the 28 patients of Tl rumors and in 9 of the 49 patients of T2 tumors. The effective rate is 84 % . Conclusion Intravesical instillation of HCPT is an effective metha of preventing bladder cancer recurrence.
