摘要
目的 :探讨内镜直视下水囊扩张治疗贲门失驰缓症的疗效。方法 :应用电子胃镜及水囊导管扩张器 ,在直视下治疗贲门失驰缓症 2 3例。结果 :本组病人扩张后显效 2 0例 ,有效 3例 ,其中 2 1例在首次扩张术后 1～ 12周内 ,又进行了 2次以上的再次扩张 ,多数病人需扩张 3～ 4次 ,有 5例病人进行了 6～ 8次的扩张 ,均获成功。结论 :此方法操作简单 ,安全性好 ,病人痛苦小 ,疗效迅速、可靠。
Objective:The efficacy of using water balloon dilator to treat achalasia was evaluated. Methods:The electronic gastroscopy and MAXFORCE TTS water balloon catheter dilator was adopted to dilate achalasia in 23 patients without X-ray guidaune. Results:A significant improvement of desphagia was achieved in 20 cases with achalasia after dilated with an average of 3～4 times(range 1 to 8).The 3 cases showed a relievement of symptoms. There were no special complications for the dilation in all patients. Conclusion:The endoscopic water balloon dilation is easy to master with high efficiency and safety.
