摘要
目的 :研究冬凌草多糖的抗肿瘤作用及其免疫活性。方法 :从冬凌草全草中分离得到冬凌草多糖 ,采用体、内外抑制实验对冬凌草多糖的抗肿瘤活性进行了研究 ,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐 (MTT)比色法观察了其对T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞功能的影响。结果 :随着冬凌草多糖浓度的提高 ,体外对艾氏腹水癌细胞的细胞毒作用逐渐增强 ;体内对小鼠 1 80肿瘤的抑制率为 35 % (P <0 .0 5)。冬凌草多糖体外对刀豆素A(ConA)诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖以及脂多糖 (LPS)诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖均有促进作用。结论 :冬凌草多糖对肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用 。
AIM: To investigate the antitumor and immunological activities of the polysaccharides obtained from rabdosia rubescens (RRP). METHODS: In vitro and in vivo tumor inhibitory experiments as well as MTT method were used. RESULTS: With increasing concentration, the RRP exerted direct cytotoxicity effect in vitro on the cell growth of EAC mice,and its inhibitory rate in vivo against sarcoma 180 reached 35% ( P< 0.05). RRP could also enhance the proliferation of mouse spleno cytes induced by suboptimal concentration of mitogen concanavalin A or lipopolysac charide at different concentration. CONCLUSION: These results indicated that RRP has an antitumor effect, which may be related to its immunological activity.
