Study on Data Communication with Integrative Structure of ERP and CRM Systems

ERP(企业资源计划 )系统是CRM(客户关系管理 )系统的基础 ,而CRM系统常常建立在Internet上 为保证两者协同时的有效工作 ,它们之间必须实现无缝集成 这就要求企业CRM网站的数据库服务器与企业内部网的数据库服务器之间能够进行双向的数据通信 为此设计了通信中间件 ,从而提供了实现这种数据通讯的有效手段 介绍了建立两者实时通信中间件的构建原理 。

ERP system is the base of CRM system. Enterprise CRM is often built on the base of the Internet. To make sure that these two system work efficiently, ERP and CRM must be integrated seamlessly, which requires bi directional delivery of data between the database server on the web site and that on the Internet. Communicative middle ware provides an efficient means to achieve the above purpose. This article introduces the theory of the two system communication middle ware and shows how to implement this kind of system integration through some examples.
