在ESR-GC-Computer联机的动态装置条件下,用固定床微型石英催化反应器,研究了Beta沸石催化剂在350℃、400℃和450℃时的正己烷裂化反应结焦失活与ESR信号的行为。分别得到了三种不同温度下的保留活性、ESR幅值及积炭量与反应时间的关系,测定了Beta沸石的减活速率常数和Voorhies相关常数,并与HM和HZSM-5加以比较,发现结炭速率和减活速率常数与沸石的骨架和孔结构有关。
The coking deactivation and ESR signal of β zeolite were studied with n-hexane cracking reaction at 350, 400 and 450℃ in a fixed bed micro-type quartz reactor under the condition of dynamic state by combined ESR-GC-computer. The relations of residual activity, ESR amplitude and coke content with reaction time at above-mentioned temperatures were obtained respectively. The relation between ESR amplitude and coke content was also obtained. The rate constant of deactivation and the constant in Voorhies correlation of β zeolite were determined, and compared with those of HM and HZSM-5. It was found that the rate of coking and the rate constant of deactivation of zeolites were related to their different framework and pore structure.
