摘要
目前,合成ZSM-5沸石一般有两种方法——水热合成法和非水体系合成法.蒸汽相中合成ZSM-5沸石是徐文旸等首次报道的一种新方法.本文在前期工作基础上,较系统地研究了在Et<sub>3</sub>N-EDA-H<sub>2</sub>O蒸汽相中,由硅铝凝胶(含钠)合成ZSM-5沸石的各种条件,并对合成的ZSM-5沸石进行了表征,进一步完善了这个新方法.
In a special autoclave, the upper amorphous ger was not come into contact with the liquid phase at the bottom. After heating, the mixed vapour containing triethylamine, ethylenediamine and water of the liquid phase contacted and reacted with the gel, and the pure phase ZSM-5 zeolite was obtained. The remainder liquid could be used cyclically, thus the consumption of organic amines was reduced. The ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized was characterized by using XRD, SEM, TG-DTA and NH3-TPD techniques. The synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite was a better isomeriza-tion catalyst as evidenced by its activity for the isomerization of o-xylene, the conversion was 76.8%, the selectivity for p-xylene was 20.3%.
