聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚负载钯催化剂的催化加氢性能 被引量:3

摘要 合成了几种以连有不同官能团的膜材料聚2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚为载体的负载钯催化剂,研究了这类负载钯催化剂在常温常压下对1-辛烯和环戊二烯的加氢活性与选择性。讨论了钯的负载量对催化活性的影响。 Palladium catalysts supported on poly(2,6-dimethyl-l,4-phenylene oxide) modified with six different functional groups (Ph2P- , CH3CH2--CH2NH- , NH2CH2CH2NH- , - NHCNH(CH2)3 CHCOOH , o-COOH- -C6H4NH- , o-NH.C6H4NH- ) were prepared. The hydrogenation of 1-octene and cyclopentadiene catalyzed by these catalysts was studied. It was found that the catalytic activity of catalysts with different liga-nds for 1-octene hydrogenation was in the order of CH3CH2CH2NH - > Ph2P- >o-COOHC6H4NH- >o-NH2C6H4NH->-NHCNH(CH2)3CHCOOH>NH2CH2CH2NH- , and the selectivity of catalysts with different liga-nds for the hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene to cyclopentenc was in the order of CH3CH2CH2NH- >Ph2P- >NH2CH2CH2NH- >o-NH2C6H4NH->o-COOHC6H4NH- . The effect of Pd content in the catalyst on the activity for 1-octene hydrogenation was also studied.
