翼点入路开颅视神经管减压开放术治疗视神经损伤——附16例报告

Pterion Approach for Transcranial Neural Decompression in Treatment of Optic Nerve Injury. (Report of 16 cases)

目的:报告16例经翼点入路开颅视神经管减压开放术治疗视神经损伤。方法:文章介绍了手术方法,比较16例患者的受伤情况,手术时间,术前视神经损害的CT成像,术中视神经的改变和术前、术后1个月的视力变化,并结合文献探讨视神经管减压术及视神经损伤的机理。结果:13例术后1个月视力得到改善,3例无效,16例手术均无术后并发症。结论:经翼点入路开颅行视神经管减压开放术对视神经损伤的治疗,开放减压确切、彻底且完全有效。

Purpose; To report 16 cases of optic canal decompression by transcranial approach for the treatment of optic nerve injury. Methods:Comparison of status of injury,Pre-operative duration,optic canal fracture,CTappearance of optic nerve injury before opera-tion. The exact change of optic nerve during operation eventually to introduce the aperative procedure and finally pre - and post-operative vis-ual acuity changes of 16 cases were discussed and reviewed with literatures. Results:Visual acuity of 13 cases improved one month after oper-ation. While other 3 cases were not improved. Conclusion: Pterion approach for optic canal decompression is effective and safe.
