摘要
目的 研究干扰电流对骨折愈合的影响。方法 取健康新西兰家兔 3 2只 ,人工骨折后随机分为对照组和实验组 ,实验组家兔用频率为 40 0 0Hz和 40 80Hz~ 412 0Hz两组干扰电流进行治疗 ,每天 1次 ,每次 5 0min ,术后每 10d进行常规X线摄片和组织学检查 ,术后 10d、40d检测血清K+ 、Na+ 、Cl-、Ca2 + 、无机磷及碱性磷酸酶 (ALP) ;对照组除不做电刺激实验外 ,其他处理均同实验组。结果 经组织学和X射线检查 ,实验组骨痂形成及成熟程度均优于对照组 ,实验组骨折愈合时间较对照组提前 15~ 2 0d。对血清生化指标检查 ,发现实验组Ca2 + 和碱性磷酸酶两项指标均高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 干扰电流能促进骨折愈合。
Objective To study the effect of interfere nce current (medium frequency sine alternate current) on the fracture healing. Methods Thirty- two artificially fractured healthy rab bits were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group, the rabbits ( n =16) were treated by using the 4 000 Hz and 4 080 Hz~4 120 Hz medium freq u ency sine alternate current, 50 minutes once daily; the control group, the anima ls were not treated by electric stimulation. All the animals underwent radiologi cal and histological examinations of their radius ten days after the fracture, a nd serum K +,Na +,Cl -,Ca 2+ , inorganic phosphorus and ALP test on the tenth and fortieth days after the treatment. Results Both histological and radiological examinations demonstrated that, both quan tity of callus formation and qualities of healing process were significantly bet ter in the experimental group than those in the control group. The time needed f or fracture healing was 15~20 days shorter in the experimental group as compare d to that in the control group. The serum content of Ca 2+ and ALP were sign ificantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group ( P <0.005). Conclusion Healing process can be accelera ted by the application of the interference current.
