汉防己甲素诱导肝癌细胞氧化损伤的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究汉防己甲素 (tetrandrine ,TTD)抑制肝癌细胞增殖的作用机理。采用流式细胞仪法观察了TTD对肝癌细胞内活性氧的影响 ;采用MTT比色法观察了TTD对细胞增殖的影响。TTD作用于肝癌细胞后 ,在 2小时内引起活性氧的产生 ;TTD抑制肝癌细胞的增殖。TTD能够通过诱导细胞内活性氧的产生 。 To study the mechanism of tetrandrine (TTD)on proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell line.Methods:MTT colerimetry was used to evaluate the influence of TTD on proliferation of cells.Flow cytometry was usde to test reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in cells.TTD suppress proliferation of tumor cell line.ROS generation increased obviously after the cell line was incubated in TTD 2 hours.TTD can induce the apoptosis of ROS in hepatocellular carcinoma cell line by generation of ROS in a dose dependent manner.
