肿瘤患者有关心理社会护理诊断应用的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of patients suffered from tumor and nursing diagnosis with psychosocial problems

对76份整体护理病历中有关心理社会方面的护理诊断进行调查分析,结果显示,心理社会方面的问题已经引起重视,但在护理诊断的应用中仍存在针对性差、比较片面等缺点。建议护理人员加强心理社会学知识的学习,了解不同疾病患者的心理特点,应用正确的评估方法,提出准确的护理诊断,提高整体护理质量。

The subject of this article is to provide the basis for better clinical work through investigating and analysing on the holistic nursing diagnostics with psychosocial problems. The results shows that the effect of psychosocial problems have been considered important. How to apply nursing diagnostics is still quite unilateral and insufficient. This article suggested to strengthen the education to nurses on psychology and sociology. To increase the level of sys-temtic approach to holistic nursing care, we should know the mental characteristics of the patients, apply proper nursing assessment method and make correct nursing diagnositics.
