武警部队35岁以上人群脑卒中及其危险因素的现况分析

Prevalence of stroke and associated diseases in military personnel aged 35 year and over

目的 了解武警部队35岁以上特定人群脑卒中及其相关疾病现患率。方法 于2002年5-7月在武警部队24个单位共231 308人,随机抽取35岁以上的个体进行面对面问卷调查,内容包括一般情况,脑卒中及相关疾病史,化验血常规、血糖、血脂等。结果共调查4 029人,男3 528人,女501人,平均年龄(45.37±10.63)岁,诊断脑卒中63例,患病率为1.5％,高血压619例,患病率为15.4％,高血脂689例,患病率为17.1％,糖尿病158例,患病率为3.8％,心脏病287例,患病率为7.1％。结论 武警部队脑卒中在35岁以上特定人群中的患病率处于高水平,应采取积极的干预措施,以降低脑卒中发病率。

Objects To investigate the prevalence of stroke and associated diseases in Armed Police Forces personnel aged 35 year and over. Methods A cross-sectional survey for stroke was conducted in personnel aged 35 year and over randomly selected out of 63,1308 population in twenty four units through face to face questionnaire, including general data, history of stroke and associated diseases, and blood routine, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, etc. Results There were 63 cases of stroke in 4 029 subjects, the prevalence of stroke was 1.5%, hypertension 15.4% ,and heart disease 7.1%. Conclusion The prevalence of stroke in the personnel aged 35 year and over in Chinese People' s Armed Police is at a higher level. To reduce the prevalence of stroke, interfering measures should be made.
