摘要
目的 观察肺组织一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性在内毒素所致兔急性肺损伤过程中的动态变化 ,探讨超短波对内毒素性肺损伤、肺组织NOS阳性染色细胞数量的影响。方法 动物分为 4组 ,正常对照组 (D组 ) ;内毒素注射后不做任何处理连续观察 30min(C组 ) ;内毒素注射后不做任何治疗连续观察 1周 (B组 ) ;内毒素注射 30min后进行超短波治疗 1周 ,每天 1次 (A组 )。观察各组肺组织NOS阳性染色细胞数量变化。结果 C组和B组 ,肺组织内小动脉、小静脉NOS阳性染色细胞数量明显增高 ,而细小支气管、肺泡则明显降低 ,与D组比较 ,P值分别为 <0 .0 1和 <0 .0 5。A组在超短波治疗 1周后肺组织内NOS阳性染色细胞数趋于正常 ,与D组比较 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 一氧化氮 (NO)在肺损伤的过程中起着重要的作用 。
Objective To observe the dynamic changes of pulmonary nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in rabbits with acute endotoxin induced lung injury, and investigate the effects of ultrashort wave on these animals Methods Twenty four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. The pathological changes of the lung and the number of positive NOS staining cells in pulmonary arteriole, pulmonary small veins, bronchioli and pulmonary alveoli in each group were observed Results The numbers of positive NOS staining cells were significantly increased in the pulmonary tissues, especially the arterioles, veinules, of the animals in the group C(30 min after intravenous injection of endotoxin) and B (one week after injection) as compared with the control group D ( P <0.01 and 0.05,respectively), but the changes were not so marked in the pulmonary alveoli In the animals of group A (animals received ultashort wave therapy 30 min after injection of endotoxin for one week), the numbers of NOS staining cells in the pulmonary tissues markedly ivcreased after the injection of endotoxin but it had nearly returned to the normal level 6 days following the ultrashort wave therapy. Conclusion Nitric oxide may play an important role in the development of endotoxin induced lung injury. Ultrashort wave can obviously regulate the activity of NOS.
