Determination of Puerarin Coutent in Gegenqinlian tablets by TLCS Method

目的 :建立TLCS法测定葛根芩连片中葛根素含量。方法 :采用单波长反射锯齿扫描 ,测定波长为 2 75mm。结果 :线性范围在 0 .38- 3.8ug ,r=0 .9993平均回收率为 96 .87%。结论 :本法稳定可靠 。

Objective: To establish the method on determination of Puerarin content in Gegenqinlian tablets. Method: To applying TLCS with wavelength 275nm. Result: The linear range was 0.38-3.8ug (r=0.9993). The average recovery was 96.87%. Conclusion: The method was simple with stable result, and it could be used for quality control.
