通过正交设计优化川贝止咳膏提取工艺 ,依靠出膏率 ,总皂苷得率较科学地得出制剂提取中加水量 ,提取时间。

In order to optimize the extracting-technique on Chuanbeizhikegao, by way of orthogonal design, based on the paste-forming rate and total saponin, we have carried out the experiment for deciding the best parameters for adding water volume, extracting time and condense rate.
